EUFPC is a neutral and independent international association, founded on February 15, 2005 in Brussels as an 'Association International San But Lucrative, AISBL', a non-profit organisation. EUFPC integrates different kinds of Membership and coordinates Synergy & Cooperation on the European and international level according to its purposes. - EUFPC is being implemented in order to

  • support, assist, progress and process the essential principals and paradigms, maxims and determinations of European Foreign Policy and its strategic implementation as transformative policy for the ideal-real world-system, as well as substantially integrating synchronisation policy;
  • facilitate the master-planning and the creation of an integrated 'European Foreign Policy Governance Regime' and its sustainable and substantial processing, Maxims & Objectives and
  • to integrate competences and capacities in civil societies' and public-private dialogs and syndication procedures, based on scientific expertise in the international political, economical and cultural fields.

EUFPC's Functions & Services for public and private players in European Foreign Policy and its governance regime creation and processing are briefly described as follows:

  • think-tank and brain trust;
  • platform, network and interface;
  • initiator, coordinator and 'assembler' ;
  • facilitator, processor and agenda | issue setter;
  • monitor, auditor and mediator; and
  • assistant, counsellor and task-force;

EUFPC is focused on three areas being coordinated and assembled into think-tank workgroups,driven by the following 'Centres of Expertise':

I     International Relations and Diplomacy
II    International Economic and Corporate Diplomacy
III   International Philosophy and Intercultural Relations

A special purpose of EUFPC is to deepen further scientific cooperation with equivalent foreign policy institutes, assisted and coordinated by the European Institute S Y N P O L I S.
